Cancellation before work starts
If cancellation is requested before any meaningful work starts, refund eligibility can be reviewed after deducting payment gateway or administrative charges if applicable.
Cancellation after work starts
If a project is cancelled after work has started, completed planning, design, development, content work, communication time and third-party costs may be deducted.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, paid plugins, themes, stock assets, payment gateway charges, API credits and similar third-party purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased or assigned.
Refund review timeline
Refund requests, if applicable, are reviewed case by case based on project stage, work completed, approvals, delays, third-party expenses and agreed terms.
